5. Shipping Restrictions
- WatchYourWay is not liable for any delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs clearance delays, or other logistical issues.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
6. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to collect the package, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for the re-delivery of undelivered packages.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and provide photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- WatchYourWay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided by the customer.
