2. Customization & Purchasing

2.1 Customization

At Watch Your Way, you can customize and design your watch using our online configurator. You have the option to select various components, including the case, dial, hands, strap, and logo. Please note that all customizations are final once you confirm and place your order.

2.2 Order Process

By placing an order through our Site, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself and your payment details. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will notify you once your custom watch is ready for shipment.

2.3 Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our Site are in USD (unless otherwise stated) and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for paying the total amount due at checkout, including taxes, shipping fees, and any additional charges that may apply. 2.4 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Custom Products

As all watches are customized based on your specific design choices, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made products, except in the case of manufacturing defects (see Section 5). Please ensure that all design decisions are final before placing your order. Dial printing is irreversible and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of Watch Your Way or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Once your custom watch is ready, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package. Please note that shipping times vary based on location and may take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery.

4.2 International Shipping

Customers outside of the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees associated with international shipping.

5. Warranty & Repairs

5.1 Warranty

We offer a two-year limited warranty on all watches purchased through Watch Your Way. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, battery replacement).

5.2 Repairs

If your watch experiences any issues covered by our warranty, please contact our support team at support@watchyourway.co. If the issue is not covered by the warranty, we may offer paid repair services.

6. Limitation of Liability
