At Watch Your Way (WYW), we provide you with the necessary parts and tools to assemble your own custom-designed watch. Please familiarize yourself with our refund and return policies before making a purchase.

  1. Return Policy for Watch Components While we hope that you are satisfied with your custom-designed components, we understand that you might need to return certain items. Here’s what you need to know:

1.1 Eligible for Return You may return any components that are not custom-engraved or otherwise personalized, provided they are in their original, unused, and unopened condition. These returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items Due to the customized nature of certain parts, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-engraved watch dials: Since the dial printing and engraving is tailored to your design specifications, it is irreversible and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Any parts that have been used or altered in any way post-delivery.
  1. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  • Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery at support@watchyourway.co. Include your order details and reason for the return.
  • Wait for a return confirmation and instructions on how to send the items back to us.
  • Package the items carefully and send them back to our returns department.
  1. Refunds Once we receive your returned items and confirm that they meet the return conditions, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  2. Transaction Cancellation Cancellation of a transaction is governed by the following regulation:
  • In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation), Htsa”a -2010 and Consumer Protection Act, 1981.
